Happy New Year... we made it

2009 has GOT to be a terrific year! After all, we have been guaranteed 'change'!!!!

I do have a few wishes for this new year. Here goes:

~ May this year be your best ever
~ May your health be unyielding and may you afford its tune-ups
~ May our economy resurrect from the 'ashes' to serve Main Street and All Streets
~ May you keep your J.O.B, your home and car, and, of course, may the price of gas keep falling.....
~ May salt be plentiful on icy roads, but limited in yur diet
~ May our 44th President Barack Obama be the BEST our nation ever knew, and his refrain "Yes We Can," be rephrased to "Yes We Did" and "Yes We Have."
~ May our planet treat us gently, with no more violent storms, floods, fires or lengthy blackouts!
~ May all nations be blessed with leaders who have wisdom and compassion for all mankind
~ May we put an end to genocide on Earth; no more Holocausts, Rwandas or Darfurs

~ May we take pleasure in our lives, hear the music and find the tunes to dance!
